Ability To Contact Fellow 656 Vets

Our 656^th Saratoga Radar Site (saratogaradar.org) has a members FORUM section that allows valid members to post information and to read posts by other members. The FORUM also includes the ability to find contact information published by others; and if so desired to publish your own contact information for others to see. If you prefer not to publish your own contact information, there is also an option to send private messages to other Forum members.

A brief summary of sequential steps to publish your info is listed below:

1. Proceed to the 656^th Vets Forum

2. Login to the Forum

3. Proceed to the subcategory “Members Contact Info”

4. Select the applicable alphabetic heading for your last name

5. Select New Topic… and add your name to the Subject

6. Add whatever contact information you wish to publish on the 656th Vets Forum in the empty text box

7. Only show info that you want other members to see, be selective according to your privacy concerns
   examples:

• Name ( First, MI, Last)

• Timeframe served at the 656^th

• Current Address

• Phone Number

• e-mail address(s)

• Web page URL

• Facebook address

• Twitter Acct

8. Save your entry

A brief summary of sequential steps to send a private message is listed below:

1. Proceed to the 656^th Vets Forum

2. Login to the Forum

3. Proceed to the Tab / Heading “Members”  “View the memberlist”

4. Find a member you wish to contact

5. Select that member from the list

6. Choose “Actions”  “Send personal message”

7. Create your message…. Then select “Send message” – or preview it first.

>> It is a good procedure to Logout of the Forum when you are finished.
